- Mediation services for workplace conflicts with two-party interpersonal conflict and more complex multi-party disputes. Mediation is a voluntary and confidential way to resolve conflict and has the potential to repair the workplace relationship.
- Facilitating groups in conflict, managing team dynamics, interpersonal styles and identity-needs, dealing with difficult behavior and deep-rooted emotions in the workplace, and exploring cultural competency in diverse work environments.
- Community conversations to explore common concerns and mutual interests towards their strategic goals.
We provide practical and effective resources to assist clients in developing creative options that address differing needs and interests. We offer skills-based, experiential training to respond to the clients' needs, hopes and expectations.
Our community-based conflict resolution training is dedicated towards equipping individuals, organizations and communities with skills, tools and processes to work effectively in culturally diverse environments.
