Esther is a dynamic facilitator, trainer and mediator who is dedicated to community-based conflict resolution and encouraging the use of group process methodologies worldwide. She is a Chartered Mediator (C.Med) with the ADR Institute of Canada and an Honoured Fellow of the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution, with 16 years of experience.
Esther has worked with many public and private sector organizations and First Nations communities, engaging people in conversations to address complex challenges and shape successful resolutions. She ensures that people can discuss what needs to be discussed in a safe, respectfully environment.

She works closely with her clients to effectively respond to the needs, underlying interests and explore viable solutions to address the issues.
